TERMS AND CONDITIONS
* All of our gift vouchers are for 2 people and are valid for 12 months from purchase and no refunds can be issued.
* Vouchers are only valid for the experience as stated on the voucher.
* Unfortunately gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cruises during the following weekends: Valentines, Mother's day, Easter, Father's day or other special events hosted by Willow Cruises unless pre-arranged with us at the time of purchasing the gift voucher

Whilst care is taken to avoid cross contamination, please note that all food is prepared in small kitchens/work preparation areas therefore it is not possible to guarantee the absence of allergens. Please contact us if you suffer from an allergy or food intolerance or require information of what allergens are included in the food served during our dining cruises.
